In-person appointments are available on a weekly or every other week schedule and cost $125 for a 50-minute session.

Telehealth Therapy

From the comfort of your own space, we'll meet via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video connection as we embark upon a journey of self-discovery and empowerment that's every bit as powerful as an in-person session. You can expect intensely focused, personalized 50-minute therapy sessions tailored specifically to meet your individual needs. Together, we'll work to identify your goals and develop a roadmap for our work together that includes evidence-based interventions and unwavering support.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Traditional butt-in-a-chair therapy isn't for everyone. Maybe the idea of talking face-to-face feels a little uncomfortable to you. Maybe you're feeling cooped up all day and need to get out of the house or office for a while. Or maybe this is a two birds, one stone opportunity to seamlessly incorporate physical activity into your day. Whatever the reason, I've got you.

 

Join me for walk-and-talk therapy on the paved trails of a local park, where we'll walk side by side at your pace to combine the benefits of talk therapy with the mood-boosting benefits of exercise.
