I know choosing a therapist can feel a bit...well, overwhelming – because quite frankly, you're trying to decide which random stranger you're going to trust with your deepest, darkest secrets. You know – the ones you haven't even told your best friend from fourth grade who was maid of honor at your wedding and is now the godmother of your children. Yeah, those deepest, darkest secrets.
Who will you actually feel comfortable with?
Let's be honest, nothing sounds worse than making awkward conversation for an hour with a therapist who you totally don't click with. And it'd be nice if they actually know what they're doing...because therapy isn't cheap and you'd like to get it right the first time (or hell, maybe it's the second or third – no judgment here). I get it. That's exactly why I try to take some of the guesswork out of the equation so you have a clearer sense of who I am and what working together might actually feel like.
I'm a native St. Louisan so I'll start with where I went to high school (IYKYK). Just kidding...sort of. Parkway West.
I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Saint Louis University. I'm a wife, mom to two boys and one fur baby, and a slightly obsessed collector of vintage Pyrex. In my free time (because ladies, work-life balance should be a priority – but we'll talk more about that later), you'll likely find me wandering through dusty antique shops, road tripping in my RV, or leisurely paddling my kayak down one of Missouri's beautiful waterways.

I once participated in a 20-mile kayak race on the Missouri River. Did I medal? Nope. Did I feel like a badass? You bet.
MY APPROACH

I'll help you untangle the knots.
Therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale — where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Life can be overwhelming, especially when you’re juggling multiple roles — at work, at home, and in your relationships. Everyone is counting on you to hold it all together. And on most days, you pull it off like a freaking rockstar.
On the inside, though, things can sometimes feel like a tangled mess. Through secure virtual therapy sessions, I work with women throughout Missouri and Florida to gently untangle the threads of their unique stories. We won’t just focus on quick fixes — you've probably already tried those anyway. Instead, we’ll dive deep into the patterns and emotions that have kept you feeling stuck. Together, we’ll work on healing old wounds, navigating present challenges, and designing a future that feels balanced, fulfilling, and truly aligned with who you are.
